Presto Modern Towns

PRESTO is a brand new townhome community in Scarborough. The four-acre site is designed with 10 unique blocks of 298 condominium stacked townhomes, all with innovative designs of one, two and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from 871 to 1,337 sq. ft., with outdoor patio or rooftop terrace space. Featuring a six-metre wide private laneway, one level of underground parking for residents and visitors, 203 bike lockers, and 54 storage lockers, home buyers could choose from an array of floor plans with a variety of elevations for each townhome. The community design includes a central courtyard and parkette. There is excellent connectivity to sidewalks and opportunities for cycling. With transit and highways so close, it’s also easy to get downtown, to Toronto’s waterfront and all around the GTA.

Junction Point

Junction Point is one of the first projects to engage with Toronto’s initiative to intensify main streets. Viewed ‘in the round,’ each face is equally visible, important, and animated on all three sides - from the commercial activity of Dundas Street West, to the quiet residential character of Brad Street and Indian Road. This new community embodies the Junction’s architectural characteristics. The salient features are the two-storey expressions, top-level step back, and terraced west elevation. The piers of Nebraska Ironspot brick, alternating with floor-to-ceiling windows with strong mullions, are a modern interpretation of the vestigial warehouse architecture of the Junction.

Angus Glen South Village (AGSV)

AGSV is comprised of the southwest portion of the former York Downs golf course in Markham’s prestigious Unionville.
